The following Easter egg hunts will be held prior to Easter Sunday.
Annual hunt at Grande Ronde Retirement
LA GRANDE — Grande Ronde Retirement will once again hold its Easter Egg Hunt and Hot Dog Feed from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. March 30. More than 5,000 eggs will be out for the taking.
The retirement residence is situated at 1809 Gekeler Lane, La Grande.
The egg hunt is free. Participants are encouraged to arrive early and park at the church across the street. For additional details, contact Nathan Larson at email@example.com.
Go for a dip during underwater egg hunt
LA GRANDE — Veterans Memorial Pool in Pioneer Park will host its annual Underwater Easter Egg Hunt on March 30.
The cost is $5 at the door. Ages 6 months through 3 years will begin at 7 p.m.; ages 4 to 6 will begin at 7:30 p.m. and ages 7 to 9 will begin at 8 p.m.

Baker City’s Community Easter Egg Hunt
BAKER CITY — Baker City’s annual Community Easter Egg Hunt will be held March 31 at Geiser Pollman Park.
This event is for ages 3-11, and the park will be divided into age categories.
Prizes will include stuffed eggs, candy, school supplies and toys. Some special eggs hold grand prize slips that can be exchanged at the Bunnymobile.
Line up starts at 9:45 a.m. and the starting horn is at 10 a.m. This hunt is put on by Baker City Events.
Easter Egg Hunt at Joseph City Park
JOSEPH — The Joseph Chamber of Commerce is sponsoring an Easter Egg Hunt at Joseph City Park. Hunts will be divided by age groups, ages newborn to 12. There will be plastic eggs with candy and toys, a few special eggs with golden dollars and three glass eggs.
Pioneer Portraits will be doing photos with the Easter Bunny for $10 at the park during the hunt. There will be coffee, hot chocolate and cookies sponsored by Rahn Sanitary and Joseph Chamber.
The hunt will be from 10 a.m. to noon March 31.
Rotary club’s egg hunt returns to Riverside Park
LA GRANDE — La Grande Sunrise Rotary Club’s annual Easter Egg Hunt will be held from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. March 31 in Riverside Park.
Come early to witness the Easter Bunny’s arrival at 9:45 a.m. The bunny will be available for photos during the egg hunt.
The hunt will be divided into the following age groups: 0-2, 3-4, 5-6, 7-8, 9-10.
The rotary’s event is also sponsored by The Observer and Elkhorn Media Group.
